Sodalit publishing treasures in an impressive exhibition:

From its very beginnings the Sodalit Family has had an intense commitment with the evangelization of culture and, in this sense, publications form a part of this collection of initiatives dedicated to the announcement of the Good News in academic, social, and media environments: books, booklets and reviews are some of the editorial expressions in which different members of our spiritual family have participated in their elaboration for almost four decades.

A significant extract of these contributions are being exhibited in the I Congress of Sodalit Spirituality in an impressive show that historically retraces the major published works from the beginnings up until the present time. They are composed of over 150 titles of diverse subjects, some of which are translated into english, portuguese and italian and published in different countries, reflecting the editorial richness of our spiritual family.

Some of the first publications of Luis Fernando and some of the members of the initial group that accompanied the Founder such as German Doig, Alfredo Garland or Fr. Jaime Baertl, will be on exhibition during the four days of the Congress. Also being exhibited are some of the first editions of the review "VIda y Espiritualidad" (Life and Spirituality) which has been producing intellectual material uninterruptedly for over 20 years, the beginnings of the review "Alborada"(Dawn), as well as "Huellas"(Traces), "Synthesis", "Vida Cristiana" (Christian Life), "Camino hacia Dios"(Path towards God), and "Fe y Familia"(Faith and Family).  Copies of "Un mundo en cambio" (A changing World), and "With Mary in Prayer" abound, as well as the various publications that focus on and spread the Theology of Reconciliation, all of which reflects the hunger to interiorize a spirituality that is universal. Of course we have to also mention the contribution of important latin american and european catholic intellectuals, the then Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger among them.

Other interesting publishing projects in the last few years are also exhibited such as the review "Pensamiento y Cultura» (Thought and Culture), «¡Vive!» (He lives!), «Buscándote» (Searching for you) and publications on religious art such as "The Immaculate Conception, 150 years" and  «Suyajruna».

The various publishing initiatives of the Sodalit Family such as  Centro de Estudios Católicos (Center of Catholic Studies), Centro de Estudio Cultural (Center of Cultural Study, Brazil) Copihue (Chile), Círculo de Encuentro (Circle of Encounter), Fondo Editorial (FE), Ictys, Instituto del Sur (Institute of the South), Movimiento de Vida Cristiana (Christian Life Movement), Sacro, Sapeí, Universidad Católica San Pablo (Saint Paul Catholic University), Vida y Espiritualidad (Life and Spirituality), Verbo (Word), among others.
